Terms of use
Updated September 24, 2026
Just like the privacy policy — no ten-page legal template, just plain language about what you agree to by using Budget Guru.
Budget Guru is in early access (public beta) and is provided “as is”. This means: functionality may change, something may not work perfectly, and that is expected at this stage — it is not a hidden flaw you weren’t told about.
The app and its AI assistant calculate from what you entered yourself — this is a mathematical calculation, not personal financial, tax or legal advice. The assistant’s answers are for reference: algorithms and language models can make mistakes, and 100% forecast accuracy is not guaranteed. All decisions about your money — buying, saving, borrowing — are made by you, and you are responsible for them.
I try to keep the app running without interruptions and your data from being lost, but as with any service built on third-party infrastructure (Supabase, Vercel), failures, delays or temporary unavailability cannot be completely ruled out. There is no uptime guarantee (SLA) at this stage — just in case, don’t keep the only copy of figures that matter to you only here.
You are responsible for keeping your email and password secure. If you notice that someone else may have gained access to your account, change your password and write to the Telegram support bot or at aa.salkov@gmail.com.
If you report a vulnerability you found through the feedback form or by email, I’ll be grateful — that is not prohibited; exploiting it without warning is.
While the app is in early access, the functionality and these terms may change. For significant changes (for example, if free access stops being free) I will write to you separately rather than quietly change the page.
What happens to your data is described in the privacy policy.
If anything here is unclear or raises questions, write to the Telegram support bot, through the “Feedback” form in the app, or at aa.salkov@gmail.com.
